What Did I Do This Weekend?

Well this weekend was amazing. Jordan and I went to Basilica Block Party. This is a two day concert with multiple different bands. This was my first concert. We were both so excited to see all the bands that were there. On night one we went to see: Family of the Year, ZZ Ward, and Matt Nathanson. I would have to say they were all pretty amazing. Matt Nathanson was so funny he really knew how to communicate with the crowd. Here are some pictures form night one of the Basilica Block Party.

Next was night two. We got there and saw Kate Earl, Goo Goo Dolls, and Matchbox Twenty. I thought all of them were good, but Matchbox Twenty stole the show. I have to say that Rob Thomas was an amazing singer and they put on a great show. Here are some pictures from night two.

(All the photos from the Basilica were taken on my iPhone).

Then today I did the Color Run. It lives up to its name the happiest 5K on the planet. It was so much fun. I did it with some good friends. I am already ready for next year. Here some pictures. Oh and big thanks to Jordan for coming to the 5K and waiting for us to get done to take pictures for us :)

Heres our before and after together. :)

I hope everyone else had a great weekend too!

Fourth of July

Well I have to say I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. I have been so busy this summer with work, online classes, and family events. So I feel like I have not been able to just stop and relax a lot. Since both Jordan and I had the fourth and the Friday off we were able to head up to the cabin on Wednesday. It was so nice to be able to have a few extra days than usual to be up at the cabin. The weekend still went by fast though, with all the fun activities and getting to snuggle with little baby Marlowe June. I have to say she is beautiful baby, and it was crazy to see how much she changed in just the four day weekend. I had such a wonderful weekend. Here are a few photos that I snapped during the weekend :) Hope you all had a great fourth of July, celebrating our wonderful country!

The guys wanted to have a little photo shoot.

 Photo bombed... by Ben.

The two butterfly photos were taken by Jordan with my help, because I was icing my ankle after hurting it for the third time this summer... I may need to start research some ankle strengthening exercises.

This weekend was also full of iced coffee everyday. It was my kind of weekend.
